Formation of the Contract Between Us:

By using this Website the Buyer acknowledges consent to these Terms and Conditions of Contract without exceptions. These Terms constitute the complete and entire agreement between the Buyer and Stardom Global and cannot be changed or modified except by a written confirmation signed by Stardom Global . No prior verbal inferences or any other representations shall exist.
The Buyer shall make an offer to register his product by filling the proper form on the Website AND paying a 49.00 pound or 99 pound registration fee. Said price determined by the following—a)First 100 submissions is 49 pounds to register. Second 700 registrants = 99 pounds.
This offer to register does not constitute an agreement by Stardom Global to guarantee acceptance of the individual to participate in making a movie. The Contract shall be formed and considered valid and irrevocable at the point when the performance reel and/or bio and/or information is submitted AND the 49 or 99.00 pound registration fee is paid.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or use of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, including for violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion, and without notice or liability of any kind. You agree that any violation by you of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to us, for which monetary damages would be inadequate; and you consent to our obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that we deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies we may have at law or in equity.
You may terminate these Terms at any time and for any reason by discontinuing your use of the Website and Services. You acknowledge and agree that even if you discontinue your access to the Website, your registration fees are FULLY non Refundable.

Networking Party:

Stardom Global will endeavor to execute an exclusive networking party for the Stardom Warriors Alumni, which is defined as all registrants who paid their entry fee and submitted materials for any role to be a part of Stardom Warriors. This event will set post the closing of 800 registrants’ submittals on the site. Note: a minimum of 100 registrant submittals are required to guarantee said party and anything less than that is at the sole discretion of Stardom Global. The party will be held in the UK to be announced within 90 days of closing of the registrations. This networking party will include:

1. Experienced and active producers, directors, writers, film experts and other people associated with the film industry, potentially to include: cast & crew the film Warriors London and other celebrities which may include supermodels, social media influencers and other high profile individuals.

2. Live music, light appetizers/snacks and beverages, beer or cocktails.

3. Qualifications to attend: All Stardom Warriors Submission Alumni's. Invitees will be required to RSVP via email within 30 days of announcement of the party which will come from Stardom Warriors Ltd and sent to submission alumni’s registered email address and posted website under Stardom Warriors Ltd Alumni.

Data Compliance and Your Privacy:

We will comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation in place in respect of any personal information relating to You gathered by Us. The information You provide at registration or during use of the site will only be used as set out in our Privacy Policy, other than as stated at each location where such information is requested. You acknowledge we reserve the right to monitor the site and store, edit or delete the data you transmit and trends in your activity. You acknowledge that for quality & security purposes, We reserve the right to monitor any and all communications made to us or using our System, and You acknowledge that We may retain copies of any and all communications made to us or using our System, for the relevant period required by UK Law. We reserve the right to reveal or give up Your information where required to do so by a relevant regulatory body for the purposes of detecting crime or fraud, terrorist or other criminal activities, or where we are ordered to by a valid Court Order.

By continuing to use this Website you represent and warrant that: All information you submit is accurate and truthful; You have authority or permission to submit Payment Information where such permission may be required; and You 100% own the materials in question and can evidence such in a chain of title" manner. Your creation of an account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
It is recommended that you keep any Account details secret, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared or revealed to another person. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your account details in your internet browser.
If you have reason to believe that another person without consent has obtained your account details, you should contact Us immediately to suspend your Account.. In the event that an unauthorized provision commences prior to your notifying us of the unauthorized nature of the order or payment, We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss and you should make contact with the third-party payment service provider detailed in the Purchase Information, ie Your card company.

You hereby authorize Stardom Global as applicable, to run credit card authorizations on all credit cards provided by you and to charge your credit card (or any other Payment Method) for applicable fees, including taxes and service charges, and any other amounts owed under the Terms of Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that we may use certain third-party vendors and service providers to process payments and manage your Payment Method information. You acknowledge that the fees are 100% NON REFUNDABLE!
By providing Payment Method information through the Website and authorizing payments with the Payment Method, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: (a) You are legally authorized to provide such information; (b) You are legally authorized to make payments using the Payment Method(s); (c) if You are an employee or agent of a company or person that owns the Payment Method, that User is authorized by the company or person to use the Payment Method to make payments on Stardom Global and (d) such actions do not violate the terms and conditions applicable to User’s use of such Payment Method(s) or applicable law. Terms relating to performance reels and bio information.

By submitting your Creative Materials to Stardom Global , you hereby agree that:
You are submitting the Submitted Material voluntarily and not in confidence and no confidential relationship is intended or created between us by the submission of the Submitted Material. By virtue of Stardom Global reviewing, receiving and analyzing your performance reel or bio, said "review process" is the consideration for the FULL £49 or £99.00 pound fee. No refunds are possible! Stardom endeavors to provide free feedback on a macroscale and Our delivery timescales are goals rather than guarantees. We deem it reasonable to deliver all feedback within 30-60 days of successful submission. For clarity and the avoidance of doubt, however, this is a goal rather than a guarantee. .
We accept the submission of Creative Materials and performance reels through https://www.stardomwarriors.com submit button in link format and abiding by the rules of submission.
The Buyer should receive notification by return email that their Creative Materials, pictures, bios, reels, have been received. Contact of any kind between Buyer and our contractors is strictly prohibited unless the prior express written consent of Stardom Global has been obtained. Buyer is not permitted to exchange contact details with our panel, affiliates or stardom people of any kind.

Returns & Refunds:

We may share your personal information:

Stardom Global accepts bios, reels, and pictures to review for the sole purpose of making movies from excellent accepted individuals. The service is concluded when Stardom accepts the information and begins the review process. That is the point of consideration to the buyer. There are NO REFUNDS.
Through agreeing to these terms and conditions and the points for submittals , you are hereby agreeing that the service of material review and analysis is 100% NOT REFUNDABLE.
Terms of Payment:
Time for payment shall be at the point of submitting materials in writing for consideration to be accepted and ultimately selected to be in a movie, in whatever respective capacity.

Limitations of Liability:

In no event will We, our sponsors, or contest judges be liable, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive, or imputed), product liability, strict liability, or other theory, to you or any other person for any damages (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages), arising out of or in connection with your participation, use of, the inability to use, or the results of use of the services, specifically including any damages arising from or related to your participation in any contest found on or associated with the website or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will we be liable or responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of this website, including, without limitation, errors in pricing or availability of contests, or damages that may result from misrepresentation by a user of this website. In no event shall there be liability for any reason and upon any cause of action in connection with this agreement or the services exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

Further, Stardom Global does not warrant, guarantee or make any representations regarding the correctness, accuracy, reliability, compatibility or uninterrupted operation of the website.
Stardom Global its officers and employees, its distributors, dealers and retailers shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption of service, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise. The foregoing states Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against Stardom Global the limited warranty, exclusive remedies and limited liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the Contract between Stardom Global and the Buyer

No waiver by Stardom Global (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this Contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.
You agree that any cause of action that you may have arising out of or related to the site or services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
