Synopsis
London at night belongs to the gangs. Police turn a blind eye to their numerous secret turf wars providing they
stick to some basic rules of combat:
"No guns"
"No conflict once the sun is up "
"No civilian or property damage"
Like JOHN WICK or BLADE, these rules keep the world of the gangs hidden in plain sight.
